A Casual Beginning

Senad didn’t plan to be a serious filmmaker. He got his start by playing around with a simple GoPro, filming his friends and having a good time. Pretty quickly, like other artists and digital creators, he fell in love with the experience of filming. He started to film events and earned money for his footage. He also started filming weddings and getting paid for it. The rest is history.

A Passion for Travel

Senad started traveling with his camera because he realized that this was the best way to build up a portfolio and grow his business. He quickly became a constant traveler. He loves visiting remote northern landscapes, he told Omnicharge. But Senad also told us that he loves to travel through deserts, where he says he loves filming the “clean lines.” His 2023 travel plans reflect this. Senad said he wants to visit Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Switzerland, the Dolomites, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia — and maybe Finland by the end of the year! It isn’t easy keeping your equipment charged when you’re trekking through the Arctic, or when you’re traveling across the desert. Senad still remembers when he saw them in Norway. He was on a shoot, filming the beauty of the Arctic. He had packed five batteries, and he was sure that he wouldn’t run out of power. But then, he says, the Northern Lights showed up, all of a sudden, one evening.

It was completely unexpected … and just when the Northern Lights appeared, Senad realized that he had completely run out of power.
